Angus Friel is a composer and globally performing trumpet player. Angus' music has reached audiences in over 25 countries ranging from Europes late-night jazz venues to India and Vietnams beachside bars and restaurants.

Angus left Scotland at 19 with his trumpet and has hitchhiked across 32 countries stretching three continents. In previous years, Angus travelled great distances between venues without using any paid accommodation and relied heavily on his resilience and sociability. Following an immersive study of the international art and live music landscape, Angus returned to Scotland to begin his training at the Royal Conservatoire.

Angus has appeared on ATV Kosovo among other networks and is featured on 'Famous Birthdays' as the 16th most well known Angus in the world. He has performed in hundreds of venues globally and is currently performing throughout Asia.​
