Angus Friel is a globally performing trumpet player and composer. Angus' music has reached audiences in over 30 countries ranging from Serbia and Hong Kong's late-night jazz venues to India and Vietnams beachside bars and restaurants.

Angus left Scotland at 19 with his trumpet and has hitchhiked across near 40 countries stretching three continents. In previous years, Angus travelled great distances between venues without using any paid accommodation and relied heavily on his resilience and sociability. Following an immersive study of the international art and live music landscape, Angus returned to Scotland to train at the Royal Conservatoire where he spent just one year.

Angus has appeared on ATV Kosovo among other networks and is featured on 'Famous Birthdays' as the 16th most well known Angus in the world. After 6 months establishing connections in Asia, Angus has returned to the balkans where he will continue to perform throughout the summer period.
